1. Who We Are

Doxly is a document template service operated as a sole trader business trading as Doxly, based in Stockport, SK2 5QB, England. Our website is doxly.co.uk.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Our documents are templates for general guidance only.

2. What We Provide

Doxly provides AI-assisted document templates for personal and business use in England and Wales. Our templates are designed to reflect current UK law at the time of publication but are not a substitute for professional legal advice.

3. Purchasing Documents

Single Document — £4.99

A one-off payment of £4.99 gives you a single personalised document download. After payment, a unique download link is sent to your email address. This link is valid for 24 hours and can be used once.

Monthly Subscription — £14.99/month

A recurring monthly subscription giving unlimited access to all Doxly documents. Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscription — £79.99/year

A recurring annual subscription giving unlimited access to all Doxly documents. Billed annually via Stripe. Cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by proceeding with your purchase and downloading your document, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once you begin downloading.

If you experience a genuine technical issue — such as a broken download link or corrupted file — we will resolve it promptly at no additional charge. Contact us at [email protected].

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. No refunds are given for the current billing period already paid.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Doxly does not store your card details. Stripe's terms of service apply to all payment processing.

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on doxly.co.uk — including document templates, designs, text and code — is owned by or licensed to Doxly. You may use downloaded documents for your own personal or business purposes but may not resell, redistribute or publish them as your own templates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doxly's total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant document or subscription.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on our documents, including but not limited to financial loss, legal costs, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Disclaimer

Our documents are provided for general guidance only. Laws change frequently — while we endeavour to keep templates up to date, we make no warranty that any document reflects the current state of the law at the time of your use. Always check current legislation before relying on any document.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
